All rights, title, and interest in Omnyka’s platform remain the exclusive property of Omnyka, including:

AI agents and system architecture

Prompt engineering frameworks

Automation workflows and logic

Diagnostic protocols and methodologies

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

You may NOT:

Copy, distribute, or resell the system

Extract or replicate proprietary logic or prompts

Build competing systems using Omnyka technology


7. Data & AI Disclaimer

Omnyka uses artificial intelligence to provide support and automation. While designed for accuracy, results may not be error-free and should be reviewed when necessary.


8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnyka shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Violate these Terms

Fail to make payment

Misuse the platform


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
