Extract or replicate proprietary logic or prompts
Build competing systems using Omnyka technology

8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnyka shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
